Digital delivery

Framework Forge products are digital downloads or digital access products. Delivery is handled through the checkout or delivery workflow connected to each product.

After checkout

Customers should receive access through the payment receipt, checkout confirmation, or delivery system used for that product.

Delivery issue

If access does not arrive, contact support@frameworkforgemedia.com with the purchase email, product name, and checkout receipt if available.

Refund review

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case based on delivery status, access issues, duplicate purchase, technical error, or other support-relevant facts.

No result guarantee

Refunds are not based on guaranteed income, business results, or personal outcomes because Framework Forge products are educational tools, not done-for-you services.

Product updates

If a product is updated, Framework Forge may choose to provide improved files or updated access depending on the product and delivery system.
